Interview: Braves in the Playoff Picture

Question 1: What team do you think will be the biggest challenge for you in the Playoffs?

Answer, well, the Marlins always seem to give us problems -- and especially in the playoffs! while we've had success in winning the division, they always seem to sneak in as a Wild Card and spoil our season. (so let's go Astros!!)

Question 2: If you make it to the World Series what team would you expect to face?

Answer, definitely Cleveland -- the team that most resembles us!

Question 3: Who do you think was the biggest asset to your team this year?

Answer, consistent and quality pitching from the starting rotation.

Question 4: Considering you have the major contracts up of Rey Mysterio, Matt Siciliano, and Julio Teheran, do you think we will see any of those players on the FA Market?

Answer, Siciliano is Arbitration-eligible, so you know he's at least back for next year while we try to work out a long-term solution. all indicators point to Mysterio showing some loyalty to the team that broke him into the big leagues, but we have made preparations just in case he does bolt for Free Agency. Teheran will be the most difficult of the three to retain -- he has earned himself a salary nearly triple his 2021 figure. with the Commissioner's hints at Revenue Sharing and a BMJ 'Fiscal Cliff' rapidly approaching, we may be forced to choose bewteen Sicialiano and Teheran (whereas we could previously retain both).
