The Phillies had this to say "With the acquisition of Matt Kemp, Cespedes is no longer in our plans. We need more of a CF type with some speed. Jackson will be part of a platoon in CF and improve our outfield defense. Fernandez lengthens our minors and is an older prospect who is still up in the air about how good he will be. 4th rounders are still a solid pick and could turn into a very useful player."
