New Draft Pick Trading Rule

Starting with picks for the 2023 Draft, any team that trades picks it does not have, once that trade is approved and put in the file, will be subject to the following penalties:

- At the time the error is brought to the attention of the league admins, that team will not be allowed to trade away any other picks for the draft, however they may do trades where they receive draft picks;

- Once the draft file is out, the admins will review the picks - if a team has traded a pick twice, that team will forfeit a pick earlier in the specific round, or one round before, to the first team it traded the pick to.
EXAMPLE 1 - CLE trades its 3rd round pick to NYY on Monday and then trades its 3rd round pick to CHW on Tuesday; at the time of the draft, CLE has only its own picks, so CHW gets CLE 3rd and NYY gets CLE 2nd
EXAMPLE 2 - CLE trades its 3rd round pick to NYY on Monday and then trades its 3rd round pick to CHW on Tuesday; at the time of the draft, CLE has an extra 3rd rounder (TEX in this example) which falls before its own, so CHW gets CLE 3rd and NYY gets TEX 3rd.

- If a team has no picks to forfeit to one of the injured teams, the team will forfeit the pick one round earlier in the following year's draft, unless the traded pick was a 1st, in which case the team will lose a 1st and 2nd.

EXAMPLE 3 - CLE trades its 3rd round pick to NYY on Monday and then trades its 3rd round pick to CHW on Tuesday; at the time of the draft, CLE has no picks, having traded them all away, so NYY gets CLE 3rd, and CHW gets CLE 2nd in the following year

- If a team continues to violate this rule by trading picks it does not own, the admins reserve the right to impose greater penalties upon that GM.

Boda Cheats and Leaves

Sometime this past week it was found out that a player on the New Haven Bulldogs overall and vitals were increased, this players name was Chris Thomas. When our BMJ insider Craig Peters asked Boda how this could have happened he said "I am using the 15.10 version of Mogul so there may have been a glitch." he also stated that "on my game Chris Thomas is an 81." Later in the week it was found out that more of the bulldogs players were changed, at this time these players names are unknown to me. After this was found out all the players that were changed were deleted.
Commissioner Nwuhockey gave Boda the chance to confess to cheating so he could stay here as a GM but he denied changing the players and left.
